Introduction

இந்த மக்கீ சூரா, 7வது வசனத்திலிருந்து பெயரிடப்பட்டது, மறுமையை நிராகரிப்பவர்களை அல்லாஹ்விடம் அர்ப்பணிப்பு இன்மையையும், ஏழைகளிடம் இரக்கம் இன்மையையும் கண்டிப்பதாகும். அடுத்த சூராவில், நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ் ஒருவனுக்கே அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் இருக்கவும், தனது குர்பானி பிராணிகளின் இறைச்சியைத் தேவையுடையவர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளவும் கட்டளையிடப்படுகிறார்கள். அல்லாஹ்வின் திருப்பெயரால்—அளவற்ற அருளாளன், நிகரற்ற அன்பாளன்.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.

மறுமையை நிராகரிப்பவர்களின் பண்புகள்

1. நீர் தீர்ப்பு நாளைப் பொய்ப்பிப்பவனைக் கண்டீரா? 2. அவனே அநாதையை விரட்டுபவன். 3. மேலும் ஏழைகளுக்கு உணவளிப்பதைத் தூண்டாதவன். 4. தொழுபவர்களுக்குக் கேடுதான். 5. தங்கள் தொழுகையைப் பற்றிப் பராமுகமாக இருப்பவர்கள்; 6. பிறருக்குக் காண்பிப்பவர்கள். 7. மற்றும் அற்பமான உதவியையும் கொடுக்க மறுக்கிறார்கள்.

أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ

فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ

فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ

وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ

Surah Al-Mā'ūn, verse 1

أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ

நீர் தீர்ப்பு நாளைப் பொய்ப்பிப்பவனைக் கண்டீரா?

Surah Al-Mā'ūn, verse 2

فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ

அவனே அநாதையை விரட்டுபவன்.

Surah Al-Mā'ūn, verse 3

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ

மேலும் ஏழைகளுக்கு உணவளிப்பதைத் தூண்டாதவன்.

فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ

தொழுபவர்களுக்குக் கேடுதான்.
