the heavens and the earth obey allah, unlike ungrateful humans who deny their lord.
on judgment day, those who receive their book of deeds with their right hand will be happy because they are going to jannah.
those who receive their book in their left hand will be miserable because they are going to jahannam.
HORRORS OF JUDGMENT DAY
1When the sky is torn apart, 2obeying its Lord as it must, 3and when the earth is flattened out, 4and spills out whatever is inside it and becomes empty, 5obeying its Lord as it must, 'surely you 1 will all be judged'
إِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ ٱنشَقَّتۡ 1وَأَذِنَتۡ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتۡ 2وَإِذَا ٱلۡأَرۡضُ مُدَّتۡ 3وَأَلۡقَتۡ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتۡ 4وَأَذِنَتۡ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتۡ5
THE BOOK OF DEEDS
6O humanity! Surely you are working hard along the way to your Lord, and will 'eventually' meet the consequences. 7As for those who are given their book of deeds in their right hand, 8they will have an easy judgment, 9and will return to their people happily. 10And as for those who are given their book 'in their left hand' from behind their backs, 11they will cry for 'immediate' destruction, 12and will burn in the blazing Fire. 13This is because they were too busy having fun among their people, 14thinking they would never return 'to Allah'. 15Yes 'they would'! Surely their Lord was always watching them.
ٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ إِنَّكَ كَادِحٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَدۡحٗا فَمُلَٰقِيهِ 6فَأَمَّا مَنۡ أُوتِيَ كِتَٰبَهُۥ بِيَمِينِهِۦ 7فَسَوۡفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابٗا يَسِيرٗا 8وَيَنقَلِبُ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِۦ مَسۡرُورٗا 9وَأَمَّا مَنۡ أُوتِيَ كِتَٰبَهُۥ وَرَآءَ ظَهۡرِهِۦ 10فَسَوۡفَ يَدۡعُواْ ثُبُورٗا 11وَيَصۡلَىٰ سَعِيرًا 12إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ فِيٓ أَهۡلِهِۦ مَسۡرُورًا 13إِنَّهُۥ ظَنَّ أَن لَّن يَحُورَ 14بَلَىٰٓۚ إِنَّ رَبَّهُۥ كَانَ بِهِۦ بَصِيرٗا15
WORDS OF WISDOM
According to verse 19 below, human beings are al- ways tested through ups and downs in life, passing from one state to another. For example, they go from health to sickness then to health again, and from happiness to sadness then to happiness again, and so on. Allah also has the power to make them pass from the womb to this world, then to the grave, and then to the Next Life for judgment. (Recorded by Imam lbn Kathir & Imam Al-Qurtubi}
INVITATION TO BELIEVE
16So, I swear by the red glow of sunset! 17And by the night and whatever it covers! 18And by the moon when it grows Full! 19You will definitely pass from one state to another. 20So what is the matter with them that they do not believe, 21and when the Quran is recited to them, they do not bow down? 22In fact, the disbelievers keep denying. 23But Allah knows best whatever 'evil' they hide. 24So give them good news of a painful punishment.! 25But those who believe and do good will have a never-ending reward.
فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِٱلشَّفَقِ 16وَٱلَّيۡلِ وَمَا وَسَقَ 17وَٱلۡقَمَرِ إِذَا ٱتَّسَقَ 18لَتَرۡكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن طَبَقٖ 19فَمَا لَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ 20وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لَا يَسۡجُدُونَۤ ۩ 21بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُكَذِّبُونَ 22وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يُوعُونَ 23فَبَشِّرۡهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ 24إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرٌ غَيۡرُ مَمۡنُونِۢ25
Verse 25: 1 give them good news of a painful punishment is sarastic ,be cause the old the idol worshipper made fun of judgment day
